Work Experience, Nepali Classes
Kathmandu, Nepal

14 Days – 13 Nights

Day 1: Transfer from International Airport to hotel in Kathmandu.
Overnight Kathmandu

Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing Visit Pashupatinath Temple, the center of Hindu cremation and sadhus. Follow the tour to Bodhnath Stupa, Swayambhunath and Kopan Monastery. Visit the ancient Durbar Square and enjoy the rest of the afternoon for your own shopping and leisure.
Overnight Kathmandu

DharamsalaDay 3: Transfer to Thimi, Orientation walking tour of Thimi and surrounds. Welcome and introductory talk to brief you on the coming days of your course.
Overnight Homestay Thimi to Day 14

Day 4: Induction to your work experience (½ day), Nepali Lessons ½ day.

Day 5-7: Morning Nepali Lessons, afternoon Work Experience.

Day 8: Excursion to Bhaktapur and Nagakot. Take a morning drive to Nagakot to view the Himalayas and afternoon to Bhaktapur on a cultural tour that will visit an ancient Newari town, the royal palace, Golden Gate, the magnificent five storied temple, peacock window and the 55 wooden window.

Day 9-12: Morning Nepali Lessons, afternoon Work Experience.

Day 13: Morning Nepali Lessons, afternoon for last minute shopping in Kathmandu.

Day 14: Preparation for flight home.
