Work Experience, Tibetan or Hindi Classes
Dharamsala, India

14 Days – 13 Nights

Day 1: Transfer from International / Domestic Airport to hotel in Delhi.
Overnight Delhi

Day 2: Full day of sightseeing - New Delhi – India Gate, Rajpath and Secretariat Buildings, Indira Gandhi Memorial Museum. Old Delhi – Humayun’s Tomb, Red Fort and spice market.
Overnight bus to McLeod Ganj

DharamsalaDay 3: Orientation walking tour of McLeod Ganj. Visit the Temple of His Holiness The Dalai Lama as well as the Namgyal Monastery and Tibet Museum in the afternoon at 4:30pm. Welcome and introductory talk to brief you on the coming days of your course.
Overnight accommodation McLeod Ganj

Day 4: Induction to your work experience (½ day), Tibetan or Hindi Lessons ½ day.

Day 5-7: Morning Tibetan or Hindi Lessons, plus Buddhist Philosophy class (optional), afternoon Work Experience.

Day 8: Excursion to Norblingka, Thosamling Nunnery, Guyto Monastery, shopping in Dharamsala.
Evening train to Varanasi

Day 9-12: Morning Tibetan or Hindi Lessons plus Buddhist Philosophy Lessons (optional), afternoon Work Experience.

Day 13: Morning Tibetan or Hindi Lessons, afternoon for last minute shopping.
Overnight bus to Delhi

Day 14: Shopping in Delhi Last minute shopping and fly home.
